Permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator application:
CTS (N, B) series permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of fine particles of strongly magnetic
minerals, or removal of strongly magnetic minerals mixed with non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and
discharge ore, has a large magnetic field depth, a large working gap, and has a high processing capacity. The principle is that when
the slurry enters the magnetic field area, the strongly magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum, the weakly magnetic
and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged, and the strongly magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the drum
rotate with the drum, are taken out of the magnetic field area, and are flushed into the concentrate tank with flushing water to complete
the separation operation.
The same drum can be equipped with three types of tank bodies, namely, downstream tank (CTS), countercurrent tank (CTN) and
semi-countercurrent tank (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.
Downstream tank is suitable for roughing and concentrating of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.
Countercurrent tank is suitable for roughing and scavenging of ore with a particle size of 0.6-0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery
in coal preparation industry.
Semi-countercurrent trough is suitable for roughing and concentrating of ore with particle size of 0.5-0mm, especially for concentrating
of ore with particle size of 0.15-0mm.

CTB/CTS/CTN permanent magnetic drum separator
CTB/CTS/CTN permanent magnetic drum separator is suitable for mines, coal preparation plants and other units. It is used for the wet
separation of fine-grained strongly magnetic minerals in weak magnetic fields, or to remove strongly magnetic minerals mixed with
non-magnetic minerals.
The machine has three types of troughs: semi-countercurrent trough (CTB); downstream trough (CTS) and countercurrent trough (CTN),
which are respectively suitable for different separation particle sizes and different separation process requirements. The machine adopts
computer optimized design, reasonable magnetic circuit, and strictly selects permanent magnets with high coercive force and high
remanence to ensure that the magnetism does not decrease over a long period of time, protect the long-term interests of users, and
the overall structure is reliable and durable.

2. The magnetic system all uses neodymium iron boron magnets with high magnetic energy product and high coercivity. The magnetic
field intensity is high and the depth of action is large. The magnetic field strength demagnetization rate does not exceed 5% in 8 years.
3. The large envelope angle magnetic system with gradient field intensity and smooth transition increases the length of the sorting belt
